Lay Minister Gail Harvey is a hard-working, diligent, dedicated, committed, faithful servant of the Lord, who always tries to give her best in any endeavor. She is the first (1st) lady and wife of the host pastor, Bishop Vincent Harvey. They have together, two wonderful children, Peter-John and Stephen.
